class="font05">初次使用時，視儲油槽容量及加油車之加油量，按比例將 BIO-POWER 注入油罐車之泵送供油管路，隨油料混拌，由底部送入儲油槽內。 </span></li> <li><span class="font05">以後加油時，依每次加油量，按比例將 BIO-POWER 注入油罐車之泵送供油管路，隨油料混拌，由底部送入儲油槽內。 </span></li> <li><span class="font05">車輛使用時，使用前請先將 BIO-POWER 搖勻，直接倒入油箱，再添加燃料油。 </span></li> </ul></td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left" valign="top" class="font08"><p>注意事項：使用時必須確定 BIO-POWER 與油品有充分混合及停留時間，使生化酶發揮最大功效。</p></td> class="font01">使其效益發揮到最高點</span></td> </tr> <tr> <td align="left" valign="top"><p class="font04">BIO-POWER 燃油環保生化酶主成分，為蛋白質特性，不會有不良副作用。但是使用初期一些現象需預先瞭解，加以處理：</p> <ul> <li><span class="font05">若燃油中原本水含量過多，會發現儲槽底部有水份析出，適當排洩即可。 </span></li> <li><span class="font05">柴油或重油添加初期因快速清理，會有一段時期黑煙及 [SOx] 排放突增，屬正常過程。 </span></li> <li><span class="font05">煙道管有可能會因覆蓋的積碳被清理而暴露原有破洞，適當修護即可。 </span></li> <li><span class="font05">管路接管處或迫緊處，可能會因覆蓋油垢被清除及油質改善黏度降低，致有些滲漏，應更換或扭緊即可。 </span></li> <li><span class="font05">因燃油流動點改變使火焰焰距變長，應適當降低供油壓力，以防火舌過長燒到爐壁。 </span></li> <li><span class="font05">若執行燃油預熱溫度及空氣量適當調降 10~15%、噴嘴適當換小、油壓適當調低、煙囪餘溫於露點需求下適當調低等配合措施，更能提昇能源效益。 </span></li> <li><span class="font05">濾清器於添加初期，須特別注意，以確保供油順暢。 </span></li> <li><span class="font05">油槽儲存溫度，不可超過 120℃。 </span></li> <li><span class="font05">添加 BIO-POWER 燃油環保生化酶時，不可從油槽頂端直接倒入。因為比重的關係 BIO-POWER 會停留在重油表面，不易混合。</span></li> <li><span class="font05">燃油經 BIO-POWER 處理後，因碳鏈減少並產生富氧膜，可減少供氣量約 5~10%，降低熱損失。
